FORGOTTEN FIRE WINERY'S MULLED WINE

1 bottle of Forgotten Fire Big Tom Cranberry wine
4 cups orange juice
4 cups soda (Sprite or 7 Up)
1/2 cup sugar
1 packet mulling spices
Heat up in a crock pot and serve with a cinnamon stick (optional)

FORGOTTEN FIRE WINERY'S MULLED RED WINE

1 bottle of any Forgotten Fire Red wine
2 cups orange juice
2 cups 7 up or Sprite
2 shots of brandy
1/2 cup brown sugar
1-2 TBSP mulling spices
Heat up in a crock pot and serve with a cinnamon stick (optional)

FORGOTTEN FIRE WINERY'S MULLED WHITE WINE

1 bottle of a sweet Forgotten Fire white wine
2 cups apple juice
2 cups orange juice
2 cups 7 up or Sprite
1/4 cup sugar
1-2 TBSP mulling spices
2 shots of Brandy
Heat up in a crock pot and serve with a cinnamon stick (optional)

RED WINE HOT COCOA

2 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. cocoa powder
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch sea salt
6 c. whole milk
1 bottle of dry red wine
Mini marshmallows (optional)
Heat in a crock pot stirring frequently. Serve in mugs and top with marshmallows.

4 oz. Cola
Lime wedge

3 oz. Forgotten Fire Riesling
3 oz. 7-Up
2 oz. Pineapple juice

FORGOTTEN FIRE WINERY’S WATERMELON TRAMPLE

3 oz. Forgotten Fire Pinot Gris
1 oz. Watermelon Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
3 oz. 7-Up

4 oz. Forgotten Fire Menominee River Red
4 oz. 7-up
Lime wedge

FORGOTTEN FIRE WINERY'S CRANBERTINI

6 oz. Forgotten Fire Big Tom Cranberry wine
2 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec
1 oz. Lime Juice (fresh)
1 tsp sugar

FORGOTTEN FIRE WINERY’S SPANISH FRUITY SANGRIA

1 Bottle of Forgotten Fire Winery Menominee River Red
1 Liter of 7 Up
8 oz. Orange Juice
2 Oranges
2 Apples
3 Peaches
2 TBSP Cointreau
1/2 Cup Sugar
Ice
Banana (optional)
Peel and cube oranges, apples and peaches and set aside. Squeeze fresh orange juice.  In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients (except banana).  Stir periodically. Sangria will be ready to drink after about 30 minutes. Just before serving, slice banana and add to pitcher.

FORGOTTEN FIRE WINERY’S SUMMER SUNFIRE PINEAPPLE SANGRIA

1 Bottle of Forgotten Fire Winery Peshtigo River White
12 oz. 7 Up or Sprite
12 oz. Pineapple Juice
12 oz. Orange Juice
6 oz. Coconut Rum
2 Oranges (sliced into wedges)
2 Lemons (sliced into wedges)
1 Fresh Pineapple (sliced & diced)
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
Pour wine into a large pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the lemon and orange into the white wine. Toss in the fruit wedges (leaving out seeds if possible) and pineapple.  Add sugar to pitcher and stir. Chill overnight. Add soda, rum and ice just before serving.

FORGOTTEN FIRE WINERY’S CRANBERRY SUMMER PARTY PUNCH

1 Bottle of Forgotten Fire Big Tom Cranberry wine
1 40 oz. Can of Pineapple Juice
1 2L Bottle of Sprite
Oranges for Garnish
Pour all ingredients into a punch bowl with ice. Stir and serve with orange slices for garnish.

FORGOTTEN FIRE WINERY’S FESTIVE CRANBERRY COCKTAIL

2 ounces Forgotten Fire Big Tom Cranberry wine
2 ounces Vanilla Vodka
2 ounces of 7Up
1 tsp sugar
2-3 Sprigs of Mint
Juice of ½ a Lime
Ice
Fresh whole cranberries (for garnish)
Muddle the sugar, lime juice and mint. Add to shaker, add ice, Cranberry Wine, Vanilla Vodka and 7 up. Shake well. Serve in a champagne flute with a cranberry.

FORGOTTEN FIRE WINERY RASPBERRY MOJITO

2 ounces Forgotten Fire Winery Pinot Gris
4-6 Lime Wedges
2-3 Sprigs of Mint
1 tsp Sugar
2 ounces Raspberry Seltzer
Ice
Raspberries and Lime Slices (for garnish)
Muddle the sugar, lime, and mint in the bottom of a glass. Add wine and Raspberry Seltzer. Garnish with a lime slice and raspberries.

FORGOTTEN FIRE PEACH AND PEAR SANGRIA BELLINI

2 oz Forgotten Fire Winery Lil’ Sticker
4 oz Dry Champagne
Sliced Peaches
Sugar (for glass rim)
Take a champagne glass and dampen the rim, dip it in sugar. Pour in 2 oz Lil’ Sticker and top off with 4 oz of Champagne. Garnish with a peach slice.

FORGOTTEN FIRE VANILLA CRANBERRY RUM PUNCH

1 bottle of Forgotten Fire Big Tom Cranberry wine
8 ounces light rum
1 carton of pulp-free orange juice
1 can pineapple juice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Combine in a punch bowl with ice. Serve in glasses with a slice of fresh pineapple and cranberries floating on ice.
 

JESSY'S OLD-FASHIONED

3 maraschino cherries
1 slice orange
1 tbsp brown sugar
6-7 shakes of bitters
Muddle above ingredients
Add ice
Add 3 oz fruit wine. (Blueberry is preferred. Blackberry Burglar is a great substitute!)
Top off with sweet or sour (your choice)
