WHITES

Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc is a dry wine with flavors of an herbal variety, with grassy and apple flavors, plus olive and a soft, smoky flavor. It pairs well with thick sauces and stews.  Serve chilled.

Seyval

Seyval is a semi-dry white wine with lovely fruit and light mineral flavors. Seyval pairs nicely with herb-seasoned or barbecued poultry, light fish, creamy cheeses and seafood. Serve chilled.

Vidal Blanc

Vidal Blanc is a semi-sweet fruity white wine with grapefruit and pineapple notes. Vidal is similar in style to Riesling. Vidal pairs well with seafood, pasta with white sauce, chicken and pork. Serve chilled.

Wildfire White

Wildfire White is a semi-sweet blend of Michigan grapes. It has sweet fruit tones with a buttery finish. Wildfire White is a perfect wine to drink alone or with hors d’oeuvres and fruits. Serve chilled.

Whack-a-Doo White

Whack-a-Doo White is a sweet Riesling blend. It works very well as a dinner wine and is also great when paired with fruit. Serve chilled.

American Riesling

American Riesling is a late harvest sweet Riesling. It has a soft apricot flavor with sweet aromas of honeysuckle. American Riesling will pair very well with Asian or Mexican dishes – something with a bit of spice. Serve chilled.

REDS

Marechal Foch

Marechal Foch has strong acidity, aromas of black fruits, vanilla bean, and musk. Marechal Foch pairs nicely with lamb, steak, venison and game meats.

Rougeon

Rougeon is a medium bodied semi-sweet wine with hints of red apples, strawberry, and blackberry. Rougeon can be paired with veal, pasta with tomato sauce, and pork loin.

Wildfire Red

Wildfire Red is a semi-sweet blend of Midwestern grapes. It pairs excellently with red sauces, barbeque and is also great by itself.

Morning Sun

Morning Sun is a sweet blush wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. It is a fruit forward wine that pairs well with brunch, or is perfect to drink while relaxing on the patio or dock. Serve chilled.

FRUIT WINES

 Apple

Our Apple Wine is made with Wisconsin-grown Cortland and Honeycrisp apples.  This sweet wine is great to drink as dessert, especially when paired with a soft, chewy caramel. Serve chilled.

Blackberry

Our Blackberry Wine has a rich, sweet flavor.  This is the perfect wine to sip as an after-dinner treat. Serve chilled.

 Cabin Fever

Cabin Fever is a sweet cherry sangria made from Door County cherries, blended with other fruit flavors. Getting Cabin Fever is a Wisconsin tradition! Serve chilled.

Cranberry

Our Cranberry Wine is made with Wisconsin-grown cranberries.  Its sweet flavor is sure to please.  Cranberry Wine goes great with vanilla ice cream. Serve chilled.
