1 bottle Forgotten Fire Cranberry Wine
4 cups orange juice
4 cups soda (Sprite or 7 Up)
1/2 cup sugar
1 packet mulling spices
Heat up in crock pot and serve with a cinnamon stick (optional)

6 oz. Forgotten Fire Cranberry Wine
2 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec
1 oz. Lime Juice (fresh)
1 tsp sugar
 
 
Forgotten Fire Winery’s Autumn Flame Sangria
1 Bottle of Forgotten Fire Winery A Sinful Pear
2 Cups Apple Juice
2 Cups Cranberry Juice
2 Cups Ginger Ale
Sliced Apples
Sliced Pears
Cinnamon Sticks
In a large pitcher, combine wine, apple juice, and cranberry juice.  Thinly slice 2-3 apples of your choice and 2-3 pears of your choice. Add fruit to pitcher. Add 4 cinnamon sticks to pitcher.  Chill overnight.  Add Ginger Ale and ice just before serving.
To serve warm, add all contents to a crock pot, warm and serve in mugs.
 
 
Forgotten Fire Winery’s Spanish Fruity Sangria
1 Bottle of Forgotten Fire Winery Wildfire Red
1 Liter of 7 Up
8 oz. Orange Juice
2 Oranges
2 Apples
3 Peaches
2 TBSP Cointreau
1/2 Cup Sugar
Ice
Banana (optional)
Peel and cube oranges, apples and peaches and set aside. Squeeze fresh orange juice.  In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients (except banana).  Stir periodically. Sangria will be ready to drink after about 30 minutes. Just before serving, slice banana and add to pitcher.
 
 
Forgotten Fire Winery’s Summer Sunfire Pineapple Sangria
1 Bottle of Forgotten Fire Winery Wildfire White
12 oz. 7 Up or Sprite
12 oz. Pineapple Juice
12 oz. Orange Juice
6 oz. Coconut Rum
2 Oranges (sliced into wedges)
2 Lemons (sliced into wedges)
1 Fresh Pineapple (sliced & diced)
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
Pour wine into a large pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the lemon and orange into the white wine. Toss in the fruit wedges (leaving out seeds if possible) and pineapple.  Add sugar to pitcher and stir. Chill overnight. Add soda, rum and ice just before serving.
 
 
Forgotten Fire Winery’s Cranberry Summer Party Punch
1 Bottles of Forgotten Fire Winery Cranberry Wine
1 40 oz. Can of Pineapple Juice
1 2 L Bottle of Sprite
Oranges for Garnish
Pour all ingredients into a punch bowl with ice. Stir and serve with orange slices for garnish.
 
 
Forgotten Fire Winery’s Festive Cranberry Cocktail
2 ounces Forgotten Fire Winery Cranberry Wine
2 ounces Vanilla Vodka
2 ounces of 7Up
1 tsp sugar
2-3 Sprigs of Mint
Juice of ½ a Lime
Ice
Fresh whole cranberries (for garnish)
Muddle the sugar, lime juice and mint. Add to shaker, add ice, Cranberry Wine, Vanilla Vodka and 7 up. Shake well. Serve in a champagne flute with a cranberry.
  
  
Forgotten Fire Winery Glowing Raspberry Mojito
2 ounces Forgotten Fire Winery Glowing Embers
4-6 Lime Wedges
2-3 Sprigs of Mint
1 tsp Sugar
2 ounces Raspberry Seltzer
Ice
Raspberries and Lime Slices (for garnish)
Muddle the sugar, lime and mint in the bottom of a glass. Add wine and Raspberry Seltzer. Garnish with a lime slice and raspberries.

Forgotten Fire Winery Cranberry Mimosa
4 ounces Forgotten Fire Winery Cranberry Fizz
2 ounces orange juice
2-3 drops of Vanilla extract
Serve over ice.

  
Forgotten Fire Peach Sangria Bellini
2 oz Forgotten Fire Winery Peach Sangria
4 oz Dry Champagne
Sliced Peaches
Sugar (for glass rim)
Take a champagne glass and dampen the rim, dip in sugar. Pour in 2 oz Peach Sangria and top off with 4 oz of Champagne. Garnish with a peach slice.
  
  
Forgotten Fire Bubbly Vanilla Cranberry Rum Punch
1 bottle of Forgotten Fire Winery Cranberry Fizz
8 ounces light rum
1 carton of pulp free orange juice
1 can pineapple juice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Combine in a punch bowl with ice. Serve in glasses with a slice of fresh pineapple and cranberries floating on ice.
